Join Congregation Emeth for the first of a series of cooking classes taught by professional Chef Bonnie Fishman at her home-chef’s kitchen in Morgan Hill.

Bonnie will prepare three dishes from start to finish
Copies of all recipes will be provided

Bonnie Fishman is an accomplished chef and former restaurant owner. She was trained in the classical French culinary arts at the Cordon Bleu Cooking School in London. After returning from Europe, she held several positions including pastry chef and caterer at the famous Buttercup Bakery and Restaurant in Berkeley, California. Bonnie is the former owner of Bonnie’s Patisserie in Southfield, Michigan and Bonnie’s Kitchen and Catering in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan.

Bonnie has 35 years of experience teaching cooking classes and developing recipes. She currently writes a weekly food column for a national online magazine, “The Insider”, www.theinsider1.com and has over 30,000 followers.
